We had tickets to the show & our Uber driver took us to a KIA dealership way across town instead of the KIA Center. It was horrible because she wanted us to call for another Uber and leave us standing in the middle of nowhere at this KIA car dealership while she went on to pick up her next customer. Oddly enough after telling her we would tip her to drive us to the KIA center she did, but we missed the entire Earth Wind And Fire show 😢. Thanks for sharing this video.

Late at night, decades ago, I saw a band on MTV covering Overkill. About half way through, who shows up? None other than Colin Hay. My mind was blown then. To hear him still hit all those notes now, is simply amazing. Bravo!

Love this version, the tone of this version I feel matches the lyrics much better than the original. Helps his voice is still incredible even today.

I had no idea how hilarious Colin Hay is. This is magical. He's more entertaining than any late night American talk show host.

Sometimes I watch the old rock bands and wonder why they still bother. Colin Hay has figured out how to keep his songs alive like very few few others have-he changes the arrangements and puts them in context. It also helps that he kept his pipes. Fantastic.

I saw him 15 days after this in Kent, Ohio. He killed it. Still sounds amazing. The first time I saw him do a solo show was 20 years ago in Lakewood, Ohio. He has not lost a touch of his vocal ability. An amazing performer.
