Bronco Buster
Bronco Buster Trail in Vernal Utah. A great 4 wheel drive trail. Some very good and challenging obstacles if you are up for them. No crowds like many of the other areas in the state. Such a beautiful part of Utah.

Swett Family Ranch Historical Site
มุมมอง 2217 หลายเดือนก่อน
Started in 1909 by Oscar and Emma Swett. A great tribute to our pioneer spirit. A very beautiful ranch and the original homes are well preserved and run by the Forest Service. This site is south of Flaming Gorge in Utah, just off Highway 191.
Flaming Gorge

Our ride to the Flaming Gorge Dam. We didn't even scratch the surface on this ride. There is so much out there. We did give you a taste, especially at the Flaming Gorge Resort restaurant. Food was so good. Part two is the Sweat Family Ranch/Homestead. A historical site by Flaming Gorge. A hidden gem
Grafton Ghost Town Part 2
มุมมอง 3.8K8 หลายเดือนก่อน
Part 2 of our Grafton trip. This is in southern Utah, just a few miles from Zion National Park. Be sure and watch part 1 so you see all of Grafton. We finish off with one more home and then over to the Grafton cemetery. Then we take an offroad scenic by-way called Smithsonian Butte. We finish the trip getting bumbleberry pie at the Bumbleberry Inn.
Grafton Ghost Town Part 1
มุมมอง 8K8 หลายเดือนก่อน
Go with us as we discover this 1800's ghost town in southern Utah. Well preserved homes and homesteads. The cemetery is pretty cool too. After that we take a ride on a scenic byway above Grafton and to top it all off, go for pie at the Bumbleberry Inn. Bumbleberry pie was great, but the bumbleberry ice cream was even better. This is just part 1 where we visit most of the homes. Part 2 we visit ...

Not really a ghost town but an attraction that is well maintained. It’s historical but not a ghost town. Perfect glass in the windows, well-kept grounds….
Thank you. Appreciate your update
Can't understand what your saying with the music playing.
Thanks for your feedback. I'm working on fixing that for future videos.
I believe the hackamore was made without the metal bit n the mouth. Better on the horses mouth
Good info
Music is too loud. Nice video thanks
Sorry for that
Thanks. I am working on that to balance it out correctly
Hackamores were traditionally made of braided horse hair and rawhide back in those days
What were the hackmores used for?
@@FayetteLong the hack more was not a bit at all but goes around the horses nose for control. It was and is still used sometimes in conjunction with a bit. It is difficult to explain
I just subscribed, and perusing the channel. I needed to hear this. Thank you!
Thanks for subbing!
You are welcome. I'm glad it resonates
Music is too loud!
Sorry Linda. My wife told me the same thing so I am working on that to balance it right. I appreciate your comment
Enjoyed your video on Grafton. Check out the story I did on Grafton and the history of it. Daniel- TH-cam RoadsideHistory

Movie clip from "Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid " th-cam.com/video/I7IlgJpzeMU/w-d-xo.html The cabin in the foreground was built for the movie in 1969 and burned down by vandals in the 1980's.
Thanks for the clip. I loved that movie and saw it when it first came out. That tells you I'm getting old. 😂
Hackamore is a type of head gear or bridle.
Nice to know that
A lot of it was created as a movies set.
It was a great video.
Leave a coin on a grave or a rock is a Jewish station a lot older than this country

Great video guys! What an excellent trip to take at your own pace. There are days of the workweek where I could really use a ghost town to get away. 😅 Looking forward to more videos! 🤙
Thanks Jerry. It's been fun to do. We will post part 2 next week. Looks like you have a good channel too
One foot thik walls very intelligent way to build no need for air conditioning easy to heat but very laber intensive to build .
Very good info Tom. They were built well. Amazing what they could do in those days.
That's cool. Thanks for subscribing. It is a fun passion.
We also have a 2010 JK. Rubicon package, I can’t believe it’s an old Jeep. Probably because we also have a 1980 CJ and a 1997 TJ. I’m so jealous of the new 392 Hemi. Looking forward to your posts. Will join as my day job permits.
Watch my interview with Stephanie Hurd of Enroot Reputation Management. Great info on customer service.
