These are special days, so I am more lax and indulgent on my eating. No fasting, a little bit of alcohol, but still KETO! Sometimes you just have to live a little. Check out what I ate today on a KETO diet :) Today was one of those days I could have gotten in little more fat but was just too busy. On ketogenic diet, I find that I am seldom hungry and sometimes it can be a chore to hit my fats for the day. I tried my best for today. Tomorrow is another day!! Onward!!!

Thanks for sharing. That was a good day of eating. I have been doing keto for seven years. I like the mental clarity, high energy, reduced inflammation and appetite suppressant attributes. I have a basic list of items delivered from Whole Foods twice a month. I enjoy a plant-based keto lifestyle along with 18:6 intermittent fasting daily. I have two well balanced meals daily over six hours. I have a fat bomb with every meal. I avoid fruits except berries, starches, grains, corn, sugar, soy and processed foods. I have a list of nutrient dense healthy whole food staples but I will divert occasionally. I keep it simple so I do not have to over think it. Keep sharing. Cheers!
Wow 7 years! That's amazing! I hope to one day shift to mostly plant based. At least 90%. All the meat consumption, even if it is high quality, can be taxing on consciousness. Thank you :)
