Wow, this is so uplifting, it’s important to stay inspired. I feel a deep sense of emptiness, it’s been 2months since jack left and everyday feels like an eternity without him. My mind’s been flooded with memories of our time together. It’s so painful that I’d never get to experience the little things with him again. zI’ve texted him several times telling him how much I miss and want him sadly he replied none. Guess all I can do is just hold unto the memories.

I somewhere ended up hurt and it manifested in the past relationships dealing with unavailable guys. I just now realize I am emotionally unavailable as in I overwhelm my partner with my emotions. My emotions feel like a flood that I need to have resolved and romantic relationships definitely trigger this. It took me three different guys to find out. Lucky for me I am always looking for a reason, and I am aware that potential partners reflect a mirror but sometimes it's not that easy to realize. Now that I learnt this about myself, a lot of the dots are connecting. I could never hold space for other's emotions, must've been why similair unavailable partners felt safe, in a wrong way.

This is probably the best relatable video. I found myself in a very odd and somewhat hurtful situation with a guy who shut down on me and wouldn’t give me answers as to why. I had to really do some deep reflection on why I still entertained his despite the red flags that he was emotionally stunted. It’s because I myself didn’t like to be vulnerable or too emotional. Definitely a safe space and toxic. I’m healing from my own emotional unavailability by learning to love myself

I've found out that my girlfriend has had/or has doubts about me. Sometimes it seems to be a matter of degrees, like yes I present with maybe an issue or consideration but 'how much' will that issue effect her or us is the question. I also have had similar thoughts about her. Sometimes you need to just push through it and see where you are when the dust settles. I've found that everything we've pushed through together we've worked out.

After two dates I think you can get a feel for someone’s communication style. Someone who takes 24 hours or more to respond to a one line text, I end up finding that person’s communication style super annoying, I can’t even imagine not responding to all text within 24 hours;. Even if it was at 24 hours I’d do a quick explanation for delay. I find I’m happier with a woman that instinctually does that. I don’t think it’s healthy to start texting all day, every day early on but I think we all know that. Wait for that until dating turns into the real thing. Restrained yet open and communicative is what works for me. So be careful not to set the expectation that text is real time. Wait a bit to sloowwww it down but always respond. Don’t leave anyone hanging. It feels bad wait until tomorrow at 6:20 to get a response . That just feels crappy to me. Deal breaker honestly if it happens CONSTANTLY.

Damn this sucks. Just now realizing after the loss of my ex that I am emotionally unavailable. Of course I justified running from the relationship and committing to moving in by saying there were too many red flags. And some of the flags were there, but I was ready to run at the drop of a dime. Logical justification of my fear of intimacy showed up by blaming her red flags instead of working together to grow. Now I realize I was honestly just hiding emotions and that’s why I was not willing to grow together. Guess I will be single until I can be honest and own my emotions.
