It is amazing to hear another woman describe word for word what I experienced over 10 years ago. It lasted for so long until I started meds but even then (initially) it took a couple of years to get back to "normal". I mean, you described word for word what I experienced from neck tension to sleeping anxiety, to bedroom set ups, wow. Thank you for being vulnerable to share this, it is still shocking to me how much this matches my own story. Bless you, sister.
