As a filmmaker, I loved your review! I actually still enjoy the first one; it was a decently fun buddy cop movie that hinged really strongly on the chemistry between Tucker and Chan. Thanks for sharing! Dropping you a like!

A point I should’ve made in the video itself, is that I think one of the good things about going is the atmosphere it provides. You’re sitting in a dark room and you’re just enjoying an experience with a bunch of strangers. Seeing Godzilla vs Kong in 2021 was one of the best theater experiences ever because I missed the rush of dopamine that dark room gave me. And I think there is a group of people like me, who enjoy that experience and people who don’t. And studio executives can’t get that second group to care. And that first group is very selective about what movies they see in theaters and ones they don’t.

Here’s a couple of animation studios I would like to see in season 3 of star wars visions -Powerhouse animation (known for Blood of Zeus and Castlevania) -Reel FX (known for the book of life and super giant robot brothers) -Flying Bark productions (known for Monkie Kid, Rise of The TMNT and 100% wolf) -Studio Orange (known for Beastars and Trigun:stampede) -Studio Bones (known for Full Metal Alchemist and My Hero Academia) and Blink Industries (known for Dead End: Paranormal Park and Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared)

On April 2 of 2024 this video became the first of my videos to reach 1000 views. Sure my short about the marvels has 1.3K views but that’s a short and a comedy thing I don’t count it. This is the first ever video to get 1000. And I’m so incredibly grateful for the viewers for the five subscribers that this video has gotten me. It truly means a lot. Also thank you Sylvester Stallone I guess. I just watched the video from DefunctTV about the dude who created the Disney channel theme. And how that dude died in 2020to no real fanfare but in 2022 this TH-camr uncovered the fact that he created the theme. And that’s so cool and it just absolutely reflects the fact that you can’t choose your legacy. You can’t control if you remembered as the greatest military failure of a country, or the dude who pooped himself in a high school football game. Lol!! I don’t know what my legacy is gonna be. And I don’t wanna know. Whether I’m remembered for this or for my ice cream business. IDK. But I just wanted to thank you in the common section of this video. And if you made it to the end of this comment reply with a C for General Custer. 😜😜😜

Annabelle Oakes took the 1954 yearbook from the school where they shot the original Grease and found that it was fully integrated, with Black, Asian, and Hispanic kids at the school. That's why this show is so diverse. I watched the show weekly when it came out, and then bought the DVD a few weeks ago, and watched it with my girlfriend, who liked it. I'm hoping it finds a home somewhere else, and that they get a season two. I guess, given the original films had like 30 year-olds playing high school kids, they actually could have a gap between seasons and it wouldn't be that jarring. If each season is like a semester, then it could theoretically go for like 8 seasons, leading up to the original film, as it transitions to Rizzo and Frenchy's time. SPOILERS for episode six. I do kind of wish they talked a bit more about race, because I bet at least those 1950s parents would have been shocked by Hazel and Buddy's kiss in Romeo and Juliet, even if the kids were more accepting of it.

Little update: my sister is thankfully doing fine. She’s safely at home right now and thank God for that.

I think I lost the plot when I was trying to make my point about Mealur. Basically in his 20 hour plus review of the Last Jedi he brought up that it could be interesting if Rey was the daughter of a bounty hunter or something. To create conflict or whatever, but Rian Johnson decided to go to the semi lazy route of “she’s nobody”. My ultimate point being that I would prefer the nobody thing to she’s a Palpatine.

I completely side stepped that Superman Returns issue.

I loved this film! And wasn't there a sequal? I can't remember. This whole premise was great and the actors were so good. All of that made up for the low budget and the fact that it's obviously adapted from a play (only takes place in one setting/room).

my understanding is that they removed it for tax write-off purposes. Not sure if making a DVD will be profitable to them. Paramount + basically disappeared the show for profit, less than a month after the last episode dropped.

I agree with your opinion! Slave Leia is very sexy and badass! She killed an alien crime lord while wearing this costume, that's the only time she killed a villain closely. Slave Leia should be regarded as a heroine like Wonder Woman.

Let's look at Webster's dictionary: SEXUAL: 1. of, or pertaining to, or for sex 2. occurring between or involving the sexes 3. having sexual organs SEXY: 1. risque 2. sexually interesting or exciting; radiating sexuality 3. excitingly appealing; glamorous Based on those definitions, it's quite clear that "sexy", not "sexual", is the better word to describe the visual display of Leia in the golden bikini. Heck, Mark Hamill used that exact word when he said, "We were really shocked to see Carrie's 'slave outfit' cause it was... it was really sexy." We need to start using the word "sexy" again. Our society openly celebrated sexiness until about 8 years ago. Since then, forces have influenced our culture and entertainment to codemn the male gaze and make us feel guilty for thinking of women as sexy. It's a real shame, too. Carrie herself had clearly appreciated the attention she got wearing the costume, saying "It is truly an honor to have been the first crush of so many boys." Don't feel guilty to appreciate the beauty of the feminine form. I HIGHLY recommend you check out the amazing artwork of Frank Frazetta, the artist who inspired the designers of Leia's golden bikini. Other similar great artists: Boris Vallejo, Joe Jusko, Luis Royo, and Larry Elmore. Cheers!

Hiya! I know I'm super late, but I just found this video on Twitter and I wanted to share my thoughts! :D It's a bit long, so bare with me. First off, very nice video! I love hearing people's opinions on Ben 10 in general. It's such a fun franchise, and I feel like people in the fanbase kinda hate each other if they have different opinions, which is kinda funny. Either way, thanks for giving the shows a watch! I'm glad you enjoyed omniverse for the most part, since people sleep on this overhated gem. I do have a couple of pointers/criticisms for the video, but none are with mal intent. For the Malware section, you explained that Malware was created by Azmuth to be "the ultimate galvanic mechamorph", but that wasn't really the case in the show. Malware was supposed to be a regular mechamorph, but his DNA got corrupted when he was in the process of being made. Azmuth did attempt to come up with some solutions to try and help him, but Malware grew impatient, destroying the machine that would have helped him, and starting off his arc. Another point I'd like to talk about is the episode you don't like, "Charmed, I'm Sure". While I'm in a similar boat, where it's not really my favorite episode, I noticed you got some things wrong with how it went. Ben didn't get acne from Charmcaster herself, rather he was getting acne from the transformation "Swampfire" who was blooming. Similar to "Save the Last Dance" in Alien Force, the transformation was causing Ben problems in human form. I feel like that this episode, while not the best, contextualizes some things for future episodes, so it's one that you don't really want to skip. The Rooters arc confusion (or the arc with Kevin), I totally understand where you're coming from. Although the arc has some questionable decisions regarding lore, the story it told was really great. Surprisingly, the part that you talked about that confused you is not really the part people have a problem with, as in all reality, it makes a lot of sense. Servantis, the main villain of the arc, wipes the memories of all the kids involved after they failed in destroying Ben when he was a child. As for the good parts for the arc, it shows that Kevin as really matured, and progresses his overall character. He doesn't want his friends to get hurt, and even when he gets mutated, he puts them in his best interest. There's some really wholesome moments for Kevin in that arc, and it's usually overlooked because of the retcons. Which, is understandable, but people don't really treat this retcon fairly when compared to the rest of the franchise, such as some of the retcons from UAF. As for Ben's love life, I've never been interested in any his canon love interests, so I don't have much to say about that. The video itself could of used a bit more scripting, since I heard a lot of pauses and stutters/"ums", but I wouldn't say it's a bad essay at all! Your newer videos are especially looking better in regards to that, so I'm glad to see improvement! Overall, I'm glad you enjoyed the franchise! Answering the questions at the end, my favorite alien is either Feedback, Gravattack or Wildmutt, and my favorite iteration is Omniverse (unsurprising). Have a nice day!!

Cool discussion

I agree about the last five or so episodes starting to drag. It gets a little repetitive near the end. I think this show works best when the main focus is on family drama and relationship drama, not plot. The villain plot heavy episodes of this show tend to be my least favorite episodes, but overall I still really like this series.
