Love the Meridian logo! Even to this day you can still get IOW Radio on FM in Salisbury. I live in Durrington and I can get the station on FM with my rooftop aerial.

I think I saw this once before. Fantastic to have this memory of the day because, after we liberated multiple bottles of Joseph Swain's Champagne around 11am, most of us were very seriously pissed. Alan Lambourne might have beaten us all to it! What great days. I had quite forgotten Radio Jackie's Bernie Simmons was at the controls of the Power FM launch. Thanks Alex. Top man.
