Eines der besten Peronentransportmittel, dass es gibt. Ich bin selber mit demTR08 mitgefahren, kann nur sagen das beste was ich erlebt habe. Leider ist der TR08 verunglückt mit 23 Toten und der Betrieb wurde ein paar Jahre später eingestellt. Der Unfall war rein menschliches Versagen nicht die Technik. In Enschede ist ein ICE verunglückt mit 101 Toten und der ICE fährt heute noch. Für mich war und ist es rein Politisch zum aus des Transrapid gekommen weill die DB und Siemens mit an der Sache beteiligt waren, der Transrapid wäre dann Konkurenz zum ICE geworden. Der Transrapid kann theoretisch senkrecht fahren, dadurch sind weniger Brücken erfoderlich gewesen und er kann nicht entgleisen. Scheiss Politik. Schade um dieses Verkehrsmittel.
