well explained, your research and thoughts are helpful in coping up with difficult times thanks
Going through the same drought, I resigned in August from a remote job and currently looking for remote jobs in market, even though the market is really tough at the moment and is very hard to crack, though there are still some leads but the time to land a remote job seems to be a lot more than what it used to be back in 2021 or 2022
Times are tough indeed. Now it takes on average about 6 months to a year to land a remote job. Sometimes it gets depressing but I have seen so many stories who have landed amazing jobs despite these issues. The key here is to remain consistent and keep going, don't give up. More prayers for you from RemoteKaro team. 🙏🏽
I am interested in tech jobs
Apki awaz bahot slow hoti hai, please fix.
please recomend android developer certification which can uplift my career. specially, that may help me in remote jobs. Also please clarify the importance of DSA as android developer in US remote companies.
There was one certification from Google. That's enough if you are into certifications. But for the job, open source work and practical portfolio will help you more than certifications. For the DS, yes practice them as much as you can. A lot of US companies do take Leetcode interviews, so it's recommended to keep practicing DS algorithms.

How you see ai, data science job market in coming years as currently there are less opportunities as compared to other specially in pakistan?
AI is growing. A lot of startups and companies are trying to get in AI. So it's job market is expanding as well. I would it's an important field these days, and if you can, definitely learn a bit of it.
I got laid off from a remote company 3 months back and had to settle for half of my salary. The advices in the end are really helpful ❤

How do you envision a graduate embarking on a career as a Flutter developer?
Flutter is in a good place from mobile perspective, so I would say, yes go for it if you are a fresh graduate.
Thank you for the insights, Wajahat Bhai...
well explained
Alhamdulillah 🤩
please use good mic next time
Thank you for the valuable feedback! Would make sure to keep it in mind for the next video.
Should we do remote jobs as fresh graduates?
We created a short 1-min video on it a while back. Basically, I always advise to NOT do remote job as a first job or for a fresh graduate. A good remote job allows you to work independently, and for a fresh graduate, it becomes a bit difficult. Once you work in onsite job with a team and understand how a software team operates, then it would become easier to do the remote job. We have more videos lined up on topics like Async vs Sync Remote Jobs, Remote job for fresh grads, and many more.
It was really surprising to know the facts behind the saturation in the job market. Currently, I’m working as a Frontend Developer at a US startup, and we had a one-on-one call on Thursday, September 16 to discuss physical and remote jobs.
Thank you Malhar. I am curious of the discussion you had. Was it about ending remote jobs and moving back to physical? Because Amazon yesterday announced that they are going all-in physical from Jan 2025 and there will be no remote work there after that.
@@RemoteKaro I was unsure about whether to take a physical job since I’ve never done even an office internship before. I’ve been freelancing during university, and now I’m doing a remote job after graduating. As a fresher, you suggested that I should work in a physical job for 3 to 4 years. Our discussion was mainly about whether I should choose a remote or physical job as a fresher.
@@malharsoomro9247 Oh sorry. I got confused. I thought you had meeting with your US startup folks about it. Yes I remember our meeting and what we discussed in it.
Very informative❤
A good insight for the Freshies in the industries

Thanks from india
Bro fucking thank you, even tho i didn't understand what you said, i still followed all your steps and now my 7 year old laptop can run android studio with minimal stutters. THANK YOUUUU
and built in android emulator of android studio is not at all recommended..atleast 4gb of ram is recommended to run android studio and blue stacks emulator at low settings..
even a kid knows that method about disabling those plugins.....instead u should have said about java heap size and all performance tweaks
It's a small piece of UI, with that all, you just demonstrate how un-useful is the preview feature from Jetpack Compose in real development as it is very slow and need more improvement. I would like to open Android Emulator only and only when I am dealing with non-UI business needs.
The preview feature is improving each release. Currently the Compose is in dev preview so its a work in progress.
@@RemoteKaro Not really, it's looks to be worse and worse :D It was working at least before dev10/dev11, now it just doesn’t work at all for me , there are a open bug on it
