I think he was finally ready for the off-leash. We had to work on our bond first. That wasn't easy with him and his background.

He's almost 5. Repetition is his comfort so his unusual calmness this weekend let me open the door. I found myself to be surprised how well he handled the off-leash for multiple days. He acted like nothing was different.

I thought how he found it difficult without me guiding him through without the leash. 🤣

The Warner Camp was the Labbe Camp before Judy bought it back in the 60s. When I built my house I named the road Butch Cassidy Pass and gave my place number 3. Ahh. This was filmed at an old miners cabin by Kokoweef in the Mojave National Preserve. Do you have activity at your place?

I gave my place to my ex back in 2005, but I did curse the place before I left. I think she rents it out now. I now live in Senoia Ga., home of the Walking Dead. @@traildogadventures6512

The real glyphs and the oldest are buried close by, they were covered after it was evident that people were defacing some of them and adding their own. The oldest glyphs have black "sun varnish" on them. Relic hunters have even brought out backhoes and dug the wash looking for artifacts, gold, treasure, etc., some even looked for Butch Cassidy's grave. The Paiutes said the markings were there when they came to the valley of Pahrump, "water rock". Because the water comes out of the rock dikes of the Grapevine Mtn. range. Twelve years I studied everything I could find on the Johnnie Mine and Pahrump Valley. I worked the high grade veins, left by the miners, for the owners, Overfield, and Bunker.@@traildogadventures6512

Thanks for your concern. He had plenty of shade and water available. It was hot at that time and black dogs don't take to the summer sun too well. Plus, he was excited. I always watch him closely. He wasn't in danger. He just looks that way.🤠🐶

Sorry about the delayed response. I'm dealing with this pup issue currently. He's a hunter that has his ears turn off to my commands when he's after critters. He had a lot of issues when I got him and it's been some time but we're getting close to off-leash again hopefully. Honestly, I don't think he really cares. He just like doing things with me which I'm ok with too. Try a large unoccupied dog park if available and work on his return training. That's what we have been doing when possible. I use the GPS collar as a safety net to relocate my pup. The problem with this device is that it's point to point. New tech my provide better overall tracking vs this unit these days.

Mine gets banged around all of the time and I've never had a problem.

I don't recall the road names but there's an unsecured gate on the Pahrump side of Johnnie town. The road carries up the canyon past Congress.

Are you sure they buried the bodies? Did they even had the strength for it? I allways assumed that Scavengers took the children due to their size.

@@SwissMarksman No, I can't be sure. It was a guess. And I make this guess based on these things...Children will succumb to dehydration & hunger much sooner than adults will. If a parent's child dies, they may either not want to leave the dad child behind, or they might worry about scavengers getting to the body. No bones of the children were ever reported to have been discovered. Burying the bodies just makes the most sense to me. But I admit, I could be wrong. And even if scavengers did get to the bodies, there should be some bones discovered of the older child, but they weren't (none that were reported anyway). Also, the adults bones were scattered, so it does hint that scavengers got to them as well. But again, no child size bones were ever found. The parents burying the children in shallow graves just makes the most sense to me, but I could be wrong. And if the parents can continue to walk for a few miles, then they can probably bury a small child in a shallow grave. But again, I can't be sure, its just a guess.

@@paranoyd70 I tought I read somewhere (maybe even on Tom Mahood's blog) that they found some remain of Children Skeleton, but the bones where too try to figure any DNA traces out.

They found a childrens shoe also. As there is no reason to take off the Kids shoes, I guess there were childrens bones found.

Staying at the Geologist cabin would have been enough. It a question that sadly can't be answered.

The Geologist cabin would have been their best bet and I'm sure that crossed their mind! Sadly though, they chose to walk further in another direction. This was probably because of a time schedule. They might have doubted help showing up soon at the cabin since it was summertime. However, the base had guards 24/7 -- or so they thought. In this case, black smoke from a burning tire would have alerted help probably sooner than at the cabin. My heart goes out for this poor family 🎗️

@@victorcontreras9138 Apparently he was a smoker because they found a pipe in the car. But do you really think they had the strength to jack up the car & get a tire out (all by hand)?

The van had a spare tire, it was not used. If he put the little spare on the front, dug out the sand and put some rocks behind the tires, they might have got out, even with the flat rears. Might not have worked but they never even tried. Not going back to the cabin was stupid

I'm glad you found this product and thanks for subscribing to out little channel. Unfortunately, Moe passed about 6 months after starting this supplement from a flipped stomach. I believe it was possibly due to long term medications prior to the supplement. Regardless, in his final months he was able to start running again and his medications were cut in half at the surprise to his veterinarian. The meds were maxed out when we started the supplement. I'm still having good luck with this vest. Protection our pups is essential especially when they go into hunt mode. As I mentioned, watch it in the heat. It doesn't breathe well. I'm glad that I can help. For summer time I switch to the Ruffwear swap cooler jacket and another Ruffwear vest that has what they call the core cooler attachment. The cooler covers the underbelly but you have to buy the nylon top that fits it. Being in the SW desert it's a great summer time choice that makes a big difference for the pups tolerance of the heat. Sorry about the delayed response. If you keep this harness comfortably snug he might not be able to chew on it or escape. Maybe get one of those sprays with the bitter taste for the chewing. Size wise it's always difficult ordering a harness online with hopes that it will fit your pup. Especially when they're still growing. My recommendation would be to wait till the growth stage is over and then make the decision on a final product. If it's a now thing maybe get a low cost harness for now. It depends on the breed and how the pup fills out in their adolescents. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching our little channel.

I think that is a question for your vet in regards to your dogs medical condition. I worked with my vet for our situation and he became more active and I was able to cut his meds in half by time he passed from a different unexpected issue. The supplement didn't remove the medical issues but it did give him a better and more active life in his final months. I wish I had given him the supplement earlier than I did. My vet was impressed with the results. Involve your vet in the decision like I did. My situation could be different than yours but I was happy with the results that I saw with my pup.

Death Valley side would probably be best. The road will get rougher after the Warm Spring Camp. If the trailer is set up for off road 4x4 situations you should be good.
