If you have the booklet it has a square barcode and turn your phone to camera mode and put your phone over the barcode like you're going to take a picture , you should be able to see a link on your phone screen that will send you to the app in the correct app store

@ yea I had tried that had multiple usb c cables ended up going to repair place to find battery is faulty

@theghetographer3326 no, not working for me. I was actually watching your video to try to figure out how to get it to work for me and I was being optimistic in my comment. I can get it to pair but I don't get any sound. So me end up going with that other pair that you reviewed. I like the open ear concept, much more comfortable for me.

@@georgemcfoulon5765 I have a problem with the Bluetooth protocols on the the Galaxy 22 plus. The Bluetooth earbuds use 5.4 Bluetooth protocols that might be the reason why they're not connecting.

@@reesemoney thank you for watching and commenting on the video, I use so many different type of Bluetooth and my favorite ones to use while I'm driving are the ones that the trucker love to use. I've never really used none of my over-the-ear headphones to make calls and when I did use them people will say they couldn't hear me or they can hear everything in the background so that's why I don't really use the over the ear headphones. Now when I used the analog 35 mm cord that has a microphone built into it that really makes it's easier for people to hear my voice and not everything else that's going on in the environment as well the most people never use the analog cord to make calls thanks again for the comment!

Thank you for watching and commenting on the video, as far as the sound leaks, some headphones you can still hear the music, but if you have the headphones that go over the ear and they're designed well people will not be able to hear what you're listening to. I do like the open ear design because it cuts off the ear fatigue that you get when you have the condo in the ear 👂.

@@trentaustin1302 thank you for watching and commenting on a video, I love using my trucker headset when I'm in driving for Uber or Lyft because my wife and other people I have talked to said they can't hear the people in the back when they're having a full-blown conversation drunken conversation LOL. When I used to use earbuds even when they had noise cancellation, my wife and other people can still hear the people in the background.

I was able to connect...don't go thru the app that they have...click reset on the case, remove the easbuds from your bluetooth listing..so open your case you hear it say pairing, go to your bluetooth, once the name comes up click on that and it will pair...i unistalled the app...

@@josesanchez-tj2kj OK I understand try to unpair the the earbuds from your phone and then you want to hit the button in the back of the charging case what should be the reset button you want to hold that down until you see on the screen of the case it should say about factory reset or reboot you want to hit factory reset and hopefully that will fix it

@@fractalife thank you for commenting and watching the video, I did not like the screen protector because it put pressure on the edges and the bubbles were forming under the screen protector and that might be due to the fact that I don't know how to put them on right.
