Unfortunately when people signed up they're allowed to choose their class, while on track they're assessed by the coaches and us corner marshals and race control, the track day provider and the track manager. In the end while we can go to them and suggest stepping down a class nothing really makes them do it... By the way that was me at turn 6 getting the red flag out at 5:00.

nah the orange short was in fact there at putnam in 2012 when i was getting my race license again

haven't been to Putnam since 2012 so I was being extremely conservative

I normally ride/race with mcra the 1098 was new to me so had to do some shakedown laps with it to get used to it

There were more than just "some" that signed up for advanced and should've been in intermediate. You either had riders at sub 2 pace or 210's pace. Nothing in between

Thats me on the Orange F4i in the beginning of the video. Man I looked like a bag of asshole gliding around the track.

I'm riding a 2006 GSXR-750. It's mostly stock with a little motor work that give it about 135 HP at the rear wheel. My gearing is a -1F/+2R, which gives it a nice drive out of the turns.

What bike are you riding? I ask because it's like when you hit the throttle, you shoot past riders like NOTHING! I was in Intermediate riding a CBR1000 during this weekend at Putnam, and I don't think I'm in the right gear when going thru turns...

It's a 2006 GSXR-750 with a small bit of engine work.

I was the bike that came in around 2:58 red black and white Taichi leathers. By watching your videos you ended up behind me a few times. Any pointers would be appreciated. An evaluation of how far off from A group and where I need to improve would be nice as well.
