At this point just dont go 🤦🏻♀️
Nah bro, you can totally afford more than that on any deficit. Nobody wants a nasty ass slab of beef and some fries, you can get a mcdouble for 400 calories and 22 grams of protein. Diet drink is good, and no fries is good advice, but you can even grab a triple cheeseburger for 540 calories, which would fit in a lot of people's deficit. It doesn't have to suck
yeah McDouble no fries is the sweet spot
Thing is I’d eat 8 of them
I would take the time to cook my own crunch wrap for the cost and protein. Its probably less calories too
Why get a diet soda when you cna get water?
540cal (per the app) for a crunchwrap and another like 200 for a supreme hard shell and a diet drink is only like 740cal. Not a huge meal but unless you’re volume eating that’s a perfectly fine meal to have. Not wildly high on protein but if you’re trying to max that just cook at home lol
I dont understand. When you can do the same thing for the cruch wrap supreme
So then do it to the crunch wrap
Health
Chik fil a sucks, super overrated
Did they mess up the sandwich? The fried version usually comes in the bag, while the grilled version comes in the cardboard box
They did lol I only realized it once I opened it (not a regular at chick-fil-a) but they did fix it 💯
@@coachvinicastanho same exact experience
Scratch the soda and drink water…then do the Polynesian sauce
That could be a good alternative, I will take the diet coke al day though 😂
Diet Coke 👍👍🌟 😂
Diet coke 👍👍🌟🤣
Why so much salt though? My family has a history of heart disease so i have to be careful with salt and if i eat a filling amount, im already at about 1,000mg of sodium (close to the daily recommended limit)
lost 40 pounds since may. this was next to regular exercise the biggest part
No, dont like artificial sugar/sweets
It’s not even the calories it’s the sugar you’re only supposed to have up to 50 g of sugar a day you don’t even really want to eat all of that let alone drink it
If you’re using creamer please use creamer that is made of cream and not fattening oils
The zero calorie option is drinking it straight black 😎
They're not meant for protein specifically. U need calories if your moving a lot 😳🤦🏿♂️
Why are we encouraging fear of the scale?
If you are alive, do not get on that scale
Pure Protein bars halve almost identical macros to Quest but are always cheaper. They are my go to.
Love Pure proteins, always stocked with those too 💯
Those taste like cancer
Cliff bars aren’t protein bars and they don’t claim to be. They are energy bars for climbers, hence the high carb content
Its a good carb bar. The problem is they will often be put together with protein bars in shelves (gas stations, grocery stores) and the general pop doesn’t know the difference and/or won’t read the labels This video is meant to inform and educate the people who may not be aware 👍🏽
I also like cliff bars for cycling and running
i eat cliff cos i dont get my daily cals in sometime, goated bar for me
@@ninocraft1 also doesnt taste like total shit which is impressive for a bar like that
I guess I won't be stepping on any scales then
Was he really taking a shit. Cos if so, he’s got my subscription
Water retention is a good thing
Simply weigh yourself at the same time of the day, like 1st thing in the morning.

@@coachvinicastanhoThanks so much!
Or do it with f** machine
Yeah just use a pull down and increase every other session
Great tips! Also, if you have an assisted pull-up machine at the gym, it's probably the best and easiest way to progressively build to a pull-up without the assist.
Soy sauce
This is the only fact ill prob listen to from this guy
I have yet to see these people with the cameras at my stop n shop. I guess thats why im still free man

The voice over on ranch lolol
What if your on a bulk?
Eat what fits your macros and caloric goals, measure the amount of possible, i measure by using a scale and see how much sauce by weight i put in food but, i typically stick to hot sauce.
No.
