Thanks for these videos! You are doing a great job! I would really like to understand bus bar overlaps, needed pressure and bolt torque specs better. For example 400A 120/240V 1.5” by 1/4” 6061 AL vertical bus mounting on the same size horizontal bus. I have a full overlap but don’t know how to determine the appropriate bolt and torque specs for the bolt. Any chance you can make a video on that?

Sir, For flatness , parallelism & starightness how can choose tolerance class E,F,G,H if not mentioned in drawing?
That depends on your application, i mean where the component is going to be assembled. For more tight dimension one can go for E and for requirement where you don't need tight control one can go for H i.e finer range to coarse range. One can also calculate tolerance chain for assembly for selecting class. I will try to make video to explain tolerance chain.

In trigonometry we have two sides x and y and if y is 5 mm and x is 10 mm then x is shorter one and that is to be taken for considering range for degree of variation. i.e if we take cross section of object, 5mm height of object and 10mm width where height of 5mm may go up on one side.

It depends on location of holes, if it is on flange we can hold in fixture and draw and if it is on location where it will elongate then we need to drill holes after drawing. I hope what i said is what you looking for.
What is the difference between DIN ISO 2768-MK and DIN ISO 2768-MK-E? What is K and E?
K is tolerance class for geometrical tolerances for straightness, flatness and perpendicularity etc. and in case of fit , the indication of the envelope E is required. ISO 2768-mK-E You can refer ISO 2768 part 2 for geometrical tolerances.
dear sir, if angle given in between 2 planes 45 degree,then how we decided the shorter edge length bcoz no edges involving its angle between 2 plane?
plane is infinite but we have some object or line on that plane which needs to be considered for tolerances, depending on that length we can apply the range of tolerance.
