I've been through my collection of delayed flights, but what can you do? When it comes to flying economy I always pick an aisle seat. That way I can get up when I please and not bother anyone else. I suggest getting out of your seat at least every two hours and move around a bit. Hopefully no crazy air turbulence when you're unbuckled. There's been several incidents recently of passengers being injured, and even killed, from being thrown around the aircraft.

This markup is going to lose you anything from 5% (at the lowest) to as high as 20%. Hope you're feeling better soon! I've been watching your videos and your food choices had me concerned for you. When I was in Thailand I never ate street food other than vegetarian pad thai. I would stay away from the mystery soups, meats, community spice and condiments, and raw food. I found plenty of other good food to eat, there was one restaurant I liked, I think it was Blue Moon? in the north of Bangcock? I always look for the good bakeries and good, clean cooking. I had friends I was traveling with who liked to stop on the road for street food and those soups, and they would be upset with me that I wouldn't eat that, but later on they found out that they were contributing to their health problems and acknowledged I was right to forgo that experience. You may want to find some coconut water to rebuild the electrolytes you lost.
