Where did you purchase the chip and which one did you get? There seem to be different options between tape and reel, tray.

What caused the drier to get clogged? I fix cars and if the drier on a car goes bad (clogged) it's because the compressor is going bad and pushed trash into it.

What's the purpose of this SD card? I'm guessing it's different from the dn32 dual SD port?

My berhinger x32 compact has no lights at all. It has 120 volts inside the case but does not show any signs of life

I fully expected the SMPS (power supply) to be bad. Nice fix. (what the hell is with the rust on the bottom right side of the chassis? Was the chassis made with recycled Ford Pinto or Hyundai Pony metal?)

Just had the exact same issue with one of my SD8 stageboxes. I noticed that 5 volt rail fluctuates between 1.2, 4.2, 4.8 and 5.1 volts. Which rang a bell to me as the 5 volts output comes from a variable regulator, the problem here is a very small 4k7 resistor in the corner of the board (close to the mountinghole for the screws), that is (supposed to be) connected to the groundplane, but the sheer size of the copperplane it is not properly soldered there, and therefore putting to regulator to 1.2 volts (it lowest setting). Long story short, search for that 4k7 resistor. Hope it helps somebody

Am using x32 producer and I had to buy digitstage box sd16 i think someone had forgotten it on and burned but it in powers on but no signal light indicates orange, on x32 producer it only indicates power instead of reading so I kept it ,How can I be helped it's along suffering of having less channels ,what could be a problem and do I go about it?

Expect to find issues if you continue to use just plain old CAT5 cable -- the warnings are on the ports for a reason. Worst case -- you will blow your ports on the X32 and / or the stage box. Should be screened shells end to end that you use

Our 10 years old X32 suddenly started producing heavy sound like a machine gun on all output channels. Only way to stop it was to turn off the power. Turning on again gave the same result again. Now, a week later, I've turned it on again without the problem. It still seems to work OK after hours on. Based on your experience, can you point to a reasonable explanation, and point at which card would need to be replaced? Ole

totally lame to put the blame on consumers. what powder are we supposed to use? washing clothes without fabric softener makes them smelly. these spider arms will eventually fail whatever you do.
