Rigzin has dedicated her life to practicing the meditations of Tibetan Buddhism. She was trained intensively to sing the prayers of elaborate ceremonies, during her traditional three year retreat, now more then 30 years ago. After so many years of practice, her aspiration was to simplify these ancient esoteric spiritual techniques, making their benefits easily accessible to all in todays world. She now is pursuing the fulfillment of her vows, to bring benefit in the vastest way possible, through the medium of modern music, and the miraculous ability of the world wide web that infinitely replicates these prayers. Mantra, is a spiritual technology that directly connects us to our inherent enlightened nature, through sound vibration. This happened at a public gathering attended by hundreds of people and streamed world wide.
The actual event was over a month ago. No one in attendance had issue with what happened, not the boy, not his Mother.
Tibet has been under an ongoing brutal occupation by the Chinese government for now 65 years. And yet they still cannot quash the spirit or the spirituality of the Tibetan people. The Chinese government would like nothing more than to be able to defame H.H.the Dalai Lama. They are the masters of social media manipulation. I am sure they have been waiting for any opportunity to try to malign his most exalted world renowned presence. And in that waiting, this was all they could ever find.
The problem of sexual predation is very real, deep and insidious in our culture and history. Clearly this is a horrific problem and needs to be exposed and prevented in every way possible. But to project the problems from our overly sexualized culture, and overlay this on an innoceent elder and great holder of wisdom is misplaced.
His Holiness has done nothing but promote peace, forgiveness, harmony, tolerance, all the positive qualities, a living example of our own potential as human beings. He is 87 years old. He comes from a very different time and place. Even elders his age in this country come from a very different time and place. It is truly as sign of the degenerating, dark times that one such as he would be so maligned.
It is so sad to witness how many people jumped on the social media “cancel culture” to denigrate him. Do you really want to “cancel” the Dalai Lama? One of the few true beacons and guides of what is positive and helpful in these dark and confusing times. What kind of world do we wish to live in? One where fame and fortune determine ones worth? How easily we are manipulated. Be vigilant.
His Holiness immediately issued a statement of apology. Not because he had fault, but because he wishes to cause no harm. For any of you who have a change of heart after watching this complete video, and deepening your understanding, Please speak up. What has been done can be undone. Kindness and compassion are the true healers of all that ills.

I am writing this to say thank you. I had a very powerful experience listening to this album about a month ago. I was driving in heavy rains in the Bay Area on my way to work. Suddenly, my car hydroplaned over 6 lanes, spinning 720 degrees. I was in a very meditative, beautiful place when my car began to spin in a dance over the water and pavement at 60 mph with cars coming very fast behind me. I felt something peaceful and powerful emanate from within me and from around me to the center of my being. I felt surrender and gratitude. The realization I could die became known in my self. I realized I could flip the car, or be hit by another one at a very high speed. realized after one turn that I had not yet died, so I began to have some curiosity about how to do be present in this dance in a good way. I felt fully centered and at peace. I felt myself at one with divine grace. All the while, your music was playing. I felt the purity and love. I thank you so much for your gift to us, to me. I truly believe it played a part in me being here today. I was able to be fully in the moment. I could feel the consciousness of a person driving a black suv coming towards me communicate peaceful prayers and that person sending a message to the other cars beside it to slow down and brake. I could feel Tara energy present with me. I saw the central dividing wall coming towards me on my side, then spun again, going once again towards oncoming traffic, then spun more, slid towards the outermost wall, at which time I sensed that I would likely hit that way. I felt grateful, for the likelihood of personal injury would be much less. Then suddenly, truly by the grace of the divine, my car was parallel parked just inside the white line, less than a foot from the barrier, perfectly aligned forward, safe. I was safe. Thank you for creating this music and honoring the emanation of Tara, Buddha, and all that is Divine Grace. I'm so very grateful. Every time I hear this album now, I remember the true gift it is to have my amazing human life and I want to make the most of every moment. And to offer my heart in every moment authentically.
