Yeah, it seems like it this game is incredibly CPU demanding especially in settlements with a lot of NPC even a 7800x3d will have a bottleneck here. What resolution are u using?

@@Rudieas Maybe it would run better at 4K being more GPU bound if you had a 4K monitor that is, although you can try NVIDIA DSR factor in the new App or even old control panel to upsample to higher resolution but I don't know if it works on ultrawide as well.

No, it looks very good(you can't see it through YT compression very well) on Epic settings it looks like one of the best games I have seen so far.

@@JohnnyBg2905 Yes, AMD FSR3 FG is open source and works on everything and the in-game FSR 3.1 can be decoupled from the upscaler and run toghether with DLSS which is great(it was the same in Ghost of Tsushima on PC)

The game has sadly many bugs horrible stutters and is demanding, but it looks absolutely amazing on Epic/High settings at 4K.

Yeah, it's not a 4K Epic or Ultra card anymore a longer time now, but you can play at 60 plus fps still even in new games if you use DLSS Q or P and optimized settings.

The game has a big memory leak problem right now among many other bugs

Yes, you need way better CPU for a 3080 in this game nothing is wrong your CPU is not strong enough, but it also depends on the server sometimes.

lol I mean the 3080 is no longer a 4K card let alone for max settings with high RT like in this video and as you can see it runs fine at 1440p max dlss all you need is optimized settings not max and turn RT to low, but this is not official only an unoptimized prologue demo.

600? the 3080 msrp was 700 bucks(for only the reference model aftermarket coolers went for more like 800 plus) but because of the mining bitcoin fever craze it went well above 1000 bucks and I use max settings here with RT lumen which is demanding. This is not official and not really optimized u know. You can play all new hard to run games at 1440p like SH 2 remake or Wukong or what have you no problem.

Of course the 3080 is 4 years old now and only 10 gigs VRAM but it's still a great GPU if you paid the right price for it.

Usually if you upload a video even if it's good and has likes it will not do very well if there are no comments. I don't wanna ask for it under every video like you can see it on other channels, but hey thanks for commenting and watching.

Yeah, it's heavily single core limited cause it's old, but if you have only a 1440p monitor you can use NVIDIA DSR factor at 2.25 to basically upsample to 4K which can be done in the new NVIDIA App or old control panel(your desktop resolution must also be changed to 2160p) and you can basically play at 4K which will look way better and sharper even on a native 1440p screen.

The most annoying thing is that it can also depend on the server you are on(some have way worse performance and lag than others) and you also need 64 GB of RAM for smooth gameplay unfortunately. Also, some of that stutter can be caused by not enough VRAM especially at 4K even with DLSS 10GB is not enough which would explain that it goes away at 1440p same settings, but it will depend where you are it's worse on the main planets especially the newly updated Hurston.

Yeah, it's more demanding than it should be, but I later found out that DLAA is surprisingly heavy in this if I use optimized better settings mostly normal and no DLAA but FIDELITY FXCAS sharpening at native 1440p I hover mostly above 150 fps, so yeah really weird(I may do a video on it)

@ fidelity cas huh. I’m gonna try that out. Because DLSS quality only raised fps up by like 10fps which is really weird. Normally it shoots up by a lot more than that

@@Glubbdubdrib You get more fps if you change voice chat audio from "All Lobby" to "Party Only" I had unfortunately All Lobby turned on in this video and the game is also completely broken on Steam compared to Battlenet you will get up to 100 more fps!

@@jozadagames6818 I was going to comment the same thing about the Steam vs Battlenet version. I talked to my buddy about your video because he has a 3080 paired with a 12700k and he's getting quite a bit more fps than your video did. So the steam version is just broken. Feels like theyre trying to get people to download the one that's not on Steam

I don't remember anymore, but if you did paste only the W3HC Hunter's Config and it didn't work then replace also the bin and JRE folders that are also in the archive and try again and don't forget to save like it's in the video.

Yes, it's undervolted u can see by how much in the description box, but my card model TUF has one of the best cooling designs among all 3080s. The undervolt gives me only -3 degree at most and it's almost winter now meaning the GPU temp will also greatly depend on your ambient room temps especially in summer or if you are in a hot place and don't have AC unit at home, but like I said my GPU model has great cooling design and dual bios I always run the performance bios which uses higher fan speeds(there is also quiet which runs way hotter). Different 3080 models have different cooling design and some models are really bad and will run way hotter than my TUF or Aorus or Strix models which have the best cooling. Also you need to have really good airflow in you case I have 3 intake fans and 1 exhaust fan. Do you have the same TUF card like me?

Not really, the textures and lighting(especially indirect) are a lot better. Remaster uses the new cloud system from Forbidden West and some other minor improvements, but the original is still great and runs way better.

Yeah, I think so as well, but overall you can tell the Remaster is superior it fells almost like Forbidden West, but not always it's kinda in between.
