Yeah but I can't understand why she does not have a tilt panther chair - she needs the trunk support. I think it's to do with the funding in the USA. But yes, customisation increases the users time in the chair. When I'm too much pain all the time you can't even be bothered to get out of bed sometimes! Life has no joy. Customisation not your chair always helps with this problem.
