There's a lot of confusion about what oil is used in T5s. Since the World Class in this video has material on the syncros similar to automatic transmission clutches, you use ATF, BUT the Non World Class has the brass syncros, which are similar to the limited slips in differentials (metal on metal). Per the manufacturer, NWCs use 80 weight gear oil. I am rebuilding a NWC for my project truck and had to research this, when I tore it down and found it in great shape and full of gear oil... shows to go you that not everyone knows what they are talking about!

Man. A hidden gem. Would love to see a new video with how you finished everything up with the interior and seeing it making a drive. I hate that you stopped making vids due to limited action / views. I am getting back into the fox game after being away for 14 years and just went through every video of yours on this build over the past week. You gave me plenty of ideas, reminded me of plenty I'd forgotten over the past 25 years, and I have a page of notes and references so when I want to remind myself in the next year during my build, I know which vid to come back and watch. Your content was second to none in this hobby space and I for one appreciate it.

Great work! I’m getting ready to wire my coyote swap fox. I’m definitely going with deutsch connectors! I wired it years ago and it worked fine. But like you said, as you get older, your tools and ideas change.

Tony - When i installed a UPR K Member , Everyone told me to just remove sway bar. i was really reluctant , but they were correct it wasn’t needed anymore. maybe you can try removing yours. Good luck

Great job! Im taking a few lessons from you here.

Holley Terminator only has 4 input and output that will be quickly used up. Better choice would be Holley Dominator was it has more input and output for data logging as you will tune it on dyno before going to track. So many things happen that data logging becomes invaluable in dial in the car, ask Joe Simpson

Gold ceramic coat the headers and downpipe instead of the wrap because if any oil lands of the header wrap it will catch on fire when the headers are glowing red.

Just got a nice hatchback with minimal rust issues and a blown motor, got a good motor to swap in. But the quarter glass moldings are dry rotted pretty bad, just ordered a set of covers like yours. Hopefully I can get them fitting this good, definitely going to raid Harbor Freight for clamps lol.

Thank you for the video. Question... How did you install the side mirror with the weatherstripping? I'm watching your GREAT informative video but I'm stuck here. Its almost like I'm suppose to cut the outer part of the weatherstrip for the side mirror to sit properly on the door frame? Right now, I have the mirror sitting over the weatherstrip and as a result, it sits with a space right at the point of contact with the weatherstrip. Its tight. So, did you cut it or did you just snug the side mirror down, leaving the space?

Amazing work, love how it turned out. Only one thing I want to warn you on is that gloss dash in the sunlight its going to be shining in your eyes, might be better in a matt or semi matt clear.
