I can’t say anything for sure before gathering authentic information about that the questions you have asked but, based on my understanding, jo educational documents HEC and IBCC se attested hongy MoFA just wohi attest ya apostille krta ha. Fee I think minimum Rs3,000 hi hogi but main kisi se poch k mazeed confirm krta hon about photo copies. Ye b pochna parega k kya MoFa copies attest/apostille karega without the originals. Please wait🙏
