Im seeing most y'all yelling it's a scam, im a mombasa born guy and the place is expensive 1st it's seemed to be a beach plot that's y. The amount a person purchases for a beach plot it's hella ridiculous. Stop yelling and get yah money up lmao

Buy your plot for 2.5million kshs, and build your fream villa for say 5-8million and you have everything for 10 million kshs,add a pool and thenrest add 3miliion still end at 13million for eveything , look up indiviuslly built villas and see.

Houses in mombasa ,kenya way overpriced.Risiculous.

Very Unique house, everything is made of cement, from bed to seats. That limits the customizability of the house. It does bring that coastal vibe kiasi tu and would look like a very perfect Airbnb/short-term stay.
