How much Tylenol did you take? I’m on day 4 and I’m in love watching your videos!!! I couldn’t take any Oxy so I’ve been taking 3motrin 200mg. It doesn’t take the pain away but it helps. The Oxy made me sick and loopy. I didn’t like it.

On your other video you said the nurse recommended to scrub off the white stuff for Healthy blood flow , did you do that ?I mean did you really remove it by scrubbing?
