Good question! I like to set the smoker at 225 for almost anything I smoke. Good size tilapia filets will take about 90 minutes. The higher you smoke, the more I noticed the fish shrinking. Good luck! I hope it turns out delicious if you try it! I put it on and did some RV Life chores while waiting, and was pleasantly surprised at dinner.

@kro.productions I can relate! It was good! I definitely added too much seasoning, lesson learned. I started at 225 myself, took em off around the 90 monute marl, but then left the rest in at 200 for like 4 or 5 hours and turned it into fish jerky. I'm still eating it. It's not great, but I don't have to freeze it, and it's lasting. Thanks for giving me the confidence to try something new! 😁 (and the response)

All I saw in that town was a very nice new strip mall, a nice gas station with one of those small booths, and a lot of farmland. I saw a farmer probably in his 80s driving in 1970s mint condition Chevrolet pick up that had Texas Farm Truck on its license plates.

Do you know of any elderly farmer that drives a mint condition 1970s Chevy pick up that’s white with light blue trim? I saw one at a gas station there. Just curious about the man and wished I had talked to him! The license plates said “Texas Farm Truck”. Nice town for sure! I loved all the windmills before you got there.
