Sounds slow as fuck
@@MarkBrydondrums85 see how fast you play it with no rehearsals when you’re in your late 70’s !
@ haha Roger Taylor is in his 70s I’m sure he could play it like at the Freddie tribute better !!
Phenomenal version
I never thought I'd reach the day (age) when this song takes on a WHOLE other meaning.
@@mariejenkins6021 the double CD of the entire show is still available. Almost 2.5 hours, 21 songs. All proceeds go to Cystic Fibrosis Chapter in MD $20 + $5 postage. paypal @. markus44uk@yahoo.co.uk
These guys are just superb !
Double CD still available. Msg me for details
I hear Bobby but can't see him
@@jeffreykabik camera was to close to get everyone in. Check out other songs and you’ll see him
My favorite CTS /JP song ever ❤ excellent
I turned the lead singer in my band on to Crack the Sky.. he's about 50 years old.. he is totally Blown Away..
One of the best versions of this song ever - their #1 masterpiece. The very "cold" playing and tone on the piano is beyond perfect. How I wish I was in that room...
I first saw CTS in 75 opening for Rush. This here is thing of beauty.
I still have the 2 CD set of the entire 2.5 hour show. All proceeds to Muscular Dystrophy charity of Baltimore. Paypal $25 to markus44uk@yahoo.co.uk and I’ll mail you one. Don’t forget to provide a mailing address !
⚡️that was AWESOME ⚡️

Specular! Best band ever!
Holy shit!! Amazing.
What the hell were we thinking. I can't remember ever learning this song. Very complicated gibberish.
Awesome !
I play this CD more and more. I purchased it right away and have turned on some many to this. Love this for such a beautiful tribute and memory for your Catherine. 💙
One of my favorites
Whewww!
Is that Eddie Izzard with the red strat?
Nice cover.
Sounds great! Awesome job guys!
Mind-melting music! Grew up listening to them and I still do today! Such an epic performance of Ice! Thanks for sharing!
I still have loads of the 2cd recording of the entire show. Msg me for details
@markus44uk Yes I'm interested!
Who is that playing the drums is that John Tracy
no, original drummer... Joey D'Amico
You just can sit back and melt your mind with this song. Saw band numerous times and enjoy their music. Thank goodness for Albums, CD's and YT.
Man they delivered. I love the Big Mac in his socks, get comfortable dude. Oh yeah, and Bobby's who's clearly shy but has an extroverted elbow.
After President Trump, JP has my vote!
CTS is a national treasure!
It was 1977... April Wine opened, then Crack the Sky , with Triumph as the headliner... $5.⁵⁰/ ticket Good Times
So great that he did that benefit for the folks..❤ 2:00
I was there!!!!! Lived in Cheyenne for 10 years.. was there for the tornado/hail storm. Now relocated to MO.. 1:28
You can't get to Heaven on the Frankford El because the Frankford El goes straight to 69th Street.
Dude this is amazing
@ May
Well at least the old dudes playing the song enjoyed it. Ian Hunter's signature song destroyed by a chum bucket of old ego. IMHO, Nothing is ever improved by a Def Leopard. Missing Bowies' contribution on this is sadly missed.
belt up?

FIRST TIME HEARD IT ON FLOWER POWER HOUR...AT MIDNIGHT CIRCA 1978.
Incredible better than 99% of the music anyone is or has ever made and 532 views 3 comments. Shows you the power of the MSM to push dangerously horrible music down your throat and suppress true art that sounds really good.
first fuckin like!
Great version of this classic, who’s the band ? You’re very lucky to have band of this talent playing in your pub. From a pub band living in France
"promo sm"
I'm interested in a CD.
KICK ASS !!
Looked everywhere for this! Best version
Awesome…
I love this song! Ice!
Prayers for Catherine 🗝️✌️
