You know looking back at this project I love how I went ahead and made these and did videos about them as if it was going to be some major project and then proceeded to not even fucking use them in any noticeable place in my display that year, smooth

That is absolutely amazing. I love how the seller went above and beyond with the packaging, and the research. The fact that he was the fact that he was born on Lincoln's birthday is cool, but what really got me was that he died on June 14, which is my birthday. He died EXACTLY 21 years before I was born. I can't wait to see more museum videos!

Afterthought note: when I was talking about "the collar tabs have been removed" I meant the collar discs, WWI Era U.S. Army uniforms had 2 bronze discs on either side of the collar one denoting their branch/service within the army and the other being the U.S. button similar to the one on the garrison cap. I was thinking of german collar tabs when i said it and didn't catch myself; apologies for the mistake
