I'm sorry you are encountering troubles with the DOL - There have been several changes to the DOL since this video was created - you should be able reach out to your brokerage and they can direct you further.

That's great to hear! There are so many opportunities that are left on the table if Agents aren't prepared to take on vacant land. There is no need to refer it out - it's simpler than you think.
