Hi Kavita, thanks for your comment. It´s basically the same as you say. Viewtravel has a PNR Data import feature that allows you to pick up/read the PNR data and automatically create a Viewtravel Videoview. It´s very useful because it prevents you from having to manually populate the Viewtravel Videoview creation fields every time you need to create a Videoview based on a reservation or ticket created on your preferred GDS, saving you a lot of time.
