I have a very hard time doing that. I think everybody has adopted to call it the Devon hook. Strength is important but you also need to have a long ass arm and a long hand because if you can shove up high before anything else you have full wrist to wrist unification. I have a long arm but my hand is below average size, so cupping for me like that is very hard and I can easily get my hand busted open. I found if you can't do this here, do entirely the opposite but with the same name. Full offensive drag hook and protect the pronation. Trubin was thrown too many of the best elite guys to quickly back to back maybe too much pressure and yiu have to say Trubin was getting bigger very quickly though but still too many to quickly which is probably why he was gone very quickly as well. Sort of it was time span of nonstop action for him i dont know if its recommended for a beginner to shoot up so quickly to take on all the top guys so early on. Trubin forced himself bigger stronger though he did go far with it have to say.

With Trubin they gave him to many of thr best guys to early on back to back elite pullers the top monsters or whatever if you notice after he pulled what they say is true prime Denis ,Denis in 2014 right away 2015 and Trubin is already way bigger way bigger and pulling so many people Trubin had alot of pressure on him if you notice too get really stronger very quickly in a very small period of time man he was just a beginner you see how small he was in 2014 when he was facing 2014 Denis and others in the tournament Denis obviously ran through him but next year all of sudden hes pulling guys that arent to far from prime Denis level either. Man Trubin was pulling left and right the top elites and his level too but alot this guy was having so many wars back to back if you pay attention right way hes facing Pushkar several times he faced Arsen Lilev earlier on lost of course though so young and early i forgot to mention, and then pulling Monster Micheal Todd Levan Sagnishville huge Denis level monster even at the time Levan was already the level of Denis. I guess i never truly knew Trubin till now this guy was pressuref to much to quickly to come he didnt want to lose back to back especially not in a bad way the pressure was so high on Trubin. He should have been competing more at the level probably like Vitlay or Ermes only maybe but yes it is more fun and gives you makes you better facing top guys right away as long as you dont get injured, but the truth is man he faced Ermes Gasparini who was supposed to be a beginner like Trubin but Ermes was different he was like some kind prodigy very early on well he was kind of already stronger even though he looked smaller then you see the forearms from the pronator part was already huge and Ermes was even doing vs Monster Micheal Todd well he didnt win but he looked like he was beating Micheal badly but i guess there was stops its cause Ermes transitioned very well they say Micheal wasnt in his best shape thats the same year Micheal gave a great fight to Pushkar. Ermes seemed to be different then possibly alot higher strength Ermes when he was young might have been able to be thrown many elite monster like Trubin faced but who knows that can cause a burn out for a beginner i only say that because Dmitry Trubin waa almost still just beginning in some ways and very quickly he was facing the top elites i mesn even top 5 to even almost number 2 guys lol Trubin was bigger so quickly after 2014 he must have been pushing himself like crazy the pressure was very high for Trubin because he was a beginner being thrown a bunch of top elites like Denis in the very beginning Arsen Lilev Pushkar several times Pushkar Levan Sagnishville Monster Micheal Todd Dave Chaffee Alex Kurdercha Vitaly and Ermes where supposed to be at Dmitry Trubin level Ermes lol was supposed to actually be kind of below Dmitry Trubin level😂 but not really at all lol.
