This channel is all about airguns and stuff related to airguns. My hope is to share this fun hobby with as many people as possible and hopefully introduce new people into the hobby. I have an interest in PCP airguns as well as multi-pump airguns. I like air pistols and air rifles. I’m not to big into break barrel or CO2 but I have at least one of each.

This video is using the Skout Epoch airgun. It is a PCP air rifle. No firearms are used. Skout Epoch oneleaf NV400 velocity test using JSB 33.95 grain pellets. I own the same table and it works really good but I always have a little trouble folding it back up. But it's very stable for target shooting

I think your Evo is up to the task of lighting matches Get some of the "strike anywhere" wooden matches Lock them in your target vise and aim for the tips to see if you can ignite it. Maybe snap the tips at first until you get comfortable Have Fun

I simply stuff cardboard boxes with old towels or clothing, and pack it full and tight, this makes a real quite target.

Scope is way to busy for me
@@RGF56 having the laser range finder, ballistic calculator and torch does add a "busy factor" to. It would really be a lot on something like the Umarex Notos. I'm planning to test it out at night soon. They now have the NV500 that's a lot more compact but I haven't tried that yet. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day and be safe out there.

Have you messed with a bit less reg ? Mine at 1425 psi shoots the 33.95 just a tad over 900 super accurate. Seems little to be gained by a 1600 reg ?? Or is that due to elevation in CO ?
@@Light_357 it was a suggestion from Skout. I haven't tinkers with it yet, I'm waiting to get out a little gather range and see how they hold up. What are you running for dwell time?
