Which Blender version was it? in my Blender 3.6 Version there are no "apply" or "copy" bars or the number 5 next to the subdivision line in the subdivision modifier window at min 1.11. I tried every checkbox to see the interface like in the video, but don't know what to check to make it appear as seen.

Those alphas are meant to be used as brushes for sculpting, which would be a much faster way of achieving the exact same result.
