The waste pipe system you have looks great, expensive but is it worth it? Also where did you get your platform ladder from as that looks great for cleaning etc. We ended our season in October half term with a 5 day trip to Crystal Palace site, now permanently closed….so our caravan is all wrapped up for winter under a Specialised Cover and a oil filled radiator to keep it warm during the cold times…..always worth protecting the investment, great like you we can store it on the drive 😀😀 All the best Tris and Nikki

We use Cirencester when we can for long weekends as it's a nice site and easy access to the town but tour the rest of the time in England. I see you tow with the XC90 what is the towing weight on your? as I tow with a XC90 diesel momentum auto AWD 235bhp D5 and my towing weight is 2700kgs and tow the Bailey twin axle Cartagena and I'm ok with towing weight how do you go on with your van as I looked at the swift and it's heavier van etc is the towing weight on your volvo xc90 higher than 2700kgs! Did the errant passport turn up?

I opted for the larger diameter footplates and plastic covers on the axle rams when I had the E&P fitted. This does away with the need to get underneath the caravan to position pads under the rams.

I’d be very careful dropping the front or rear steadies then raising the van with the centre rams. You’re putting a lot of strain and twisting on the pair of steadies and your chassis. On my Buccaneer, I only raise the van with the onside centre ram whilst I put the locks on. At most I put the offside ram down too just to take the weight as it tips if I’m on an uneven pitch. I used to then do what you’ve done here and raise everything to auto level, but I now just level in manual mode as I find it quicker rather then raising everything again.

Knowing how much the caravan tilts to enable you to lift the nearside wheel to put the lock on you are putting quite a strain on the offside rear steady. Maybe a chock under the offside rear wheel would be better when you lower the centre ram would be better.

Hello guys. Have a great summer holiday in Scarborough and Windermere, we stayed in Bowness on Windermere last year and it’s beautiful although it does get very busy. Even better than that though is the Firs camc in Belper but then I would say that as it’s only 5 mins from our house.

great vid, thatnk. one note for the cyclest bit. i've travelled by bike on one of these before and it's utterly confusing, the port will tell you to just go ahead and dont wait in line with the cars, so the cyclist really isnt at fault here.

Hi Steve, we recently changed to a sky sim for our data roaming in the caravan. We use the sim in an EE My Wifi modem and it works great in the UK. We have recently travelled to france and are having difficulty enabling roaming on the sky sim as it isnt in a mobile phone. How do you enable roaming on your sky sim when you travel abroad? Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for yet another great video, from what we’ve seen of the site and the city’s Belgium is not for us. Really felt for you guys with all the wet and dirty kit, kind of makes coming back home something to look forward too apart from the cleaning required. I think I’d have done into meltdown and found another site straight away. After saying that would really like to visit Ypres, maybe travel there to visit from France 😂😂👍
