Good afternoon, colleague.I am writing to you from Belarus, maybe you have heard!? I have a small farm. I recently bought a john deere 4044m tractor to help me in the USA at a Copart auction, faulty (wiring defect). Do you have an electrical diagram for this model?

You didn't show replacing any of the seals? Direction of rod seals would have been especially nice to see.

Very informational. I want to get the same laser. I have done a ton of research like you did. I currently have a Laser Pecker 3 which is more like laser marking and have been wanting to get JPT Fiber Laser 50 watt for the past year, but like you mentioned it is not cheap, it is an investment. After having it for over a year are you still happy with purchasing this laser? Thanks!

A video like this, even though it's ok, is sht when they skip over everything that the title was actually supposed to be. Seems like according to the title, the video should have been about installing the seals. This was completely passed over.

Im getting ready to pull the trigger on a Lasers Only 60W MOPA. How has your after-purchase experience been with the machine, and the company after 1 year? Any issues with the machine, still a happy camper? Are you still using EZ CAD 2 or did you upgrade to Lightburn? Thanks for the review!

I have the same rotary from Andrew. If you have any issues with the rotary, the gear reduction is 2.5 to 1. I was pulling out my hair trying to get it to play nicely with everything else. My controller for the rotary is set at 12,800 steps per revolution but the gear reduction was screwing up my parameters. I wound up multiplying the 12,800 by 2.5 and put in 32,000 and everything fell into place after that. I hope this information helps you and others who run into this issue.

But you still bought a Chinese product. I'm 100% for buy American but not from a company that sells themselves as the product being from the US. Jpt is Chinese. All these guys do is distribute. If you need replacement parts that they don't have in stock they're coming from China, not NJ.

    • @philbaker29

Most people (hobbyists) can't afford a $25k+ American made machine. And a lot of American companies are using Chinese parts.

After your repair, at app the 21:32 mark, it looks like the outboard snap ring was not in place. It was up by the bucket and sliding along the rod. If that was indeed what I saw I hope you noticed it before any damage was caused. (Nice Tractor BTW)

Actually that is just dirt buildup at the end of the cylinders travel next to the green paint... i have the exact tractor and mine looks like that on the end when i use it ..not the outer snap ring as it is much larger
