From the way he played a straight beat through that part after the chorus, tells me this is likely right after his stroke. He wasn’t able to do the fast single stroke rolls that led into the guitar solo section. 😢 but I will give him kudos for not giving up and doing the best he could.

I never heard of Jeff Blando before but these are great vocals and his guitar tone is very good too. Would like to hear more colaboration between him and George Lynch.
