Yeah, I didn't like either of the capes at first which is why I didn't end up claiming either, but then when I finally bit the bullet and got tiktok the event had just ended

I'm honestly not sure, we've had a lot of exploits recently so I'd imagine they want to clamp down on these sort of methods

@Mango-wf5pv Yes, I think they've put a price on it now. That means the link might let you equip it temporarily but it won't stay in your dressing room.

There's always a chance there'll be another method eventually, there's already been 2-3 different ways of getting this cape since they stopped officially giving it out.

You can buy them for cheap on sites like Ebay. You just have to watch out for scams

Have you followed all the steps in the pinned comment? The get button might not show up immediately so it's worth trying quite a few times.

Still working as far as I'm aware, just open the game and try click about in the dressing room/join a server before you put the link in. It might take a few tries for it to work properly.

@teeepossss You need to make a support ticket saying you have the Cape unlocked on Bedrock and so you want it synced to your java too.

There isn't a free method for it anymore - You have to purchase a code from a third party seller. They are only going for about $5 but obviously there are a fair few scammers you have to watch out for

Do you get a crash report or message? I haven't heard of anyone else having crash issues because of it

@@Geckeos idk i cick on the link it launches minecraft (its already launched) then it has this red screen and crashes like it closes and the cape didnt work

The support exploit isn't working currently, and some of the people who did get capes that way have since had them removed. I'm not sure on Fliffan's case in particular, but that's been the only recent method people have used to get it when they didn't rightfully earn it to my knowledge. The only capes you can 100% still get right now are the Twitch, Tiktok, and the 15th anniversary Creeper capes (Also the experience cape when it gets added over).

@@Geckeos I have all those capes in both java as well as bedrock but I haven't received the cherry cape in java though I have it on bedrock I tried contacting the support and keep getting rejected till now.bu today once again tried contacting support and I hope they will transfer it to my java account

I'm not sure why that is, they should be able to just see that you have it on bedrock already and add it to your java account. Maybe try to include screenshots from both cape menus if they deny you again

Not sure why they'd say that, most support staff are happy to do it, as the capes are supposed to be cross-platform.

@@Geckeos yeah the issue was with the blossom cape, they said they "can't grant capes" or something like that, but after I made this comment I checked and it magically showed up lmao

There isn't a method for the cherry blossom cape rn, but you can still get the tiktok cape by purchasing a code from third party sellers. They're quite expensive now though ($50+) and there are quite a few scammers pretending to sell them.

You cant get the cherry blossom anymore (only if you alredy have It on Bedrock) but you can keep buying a tik tok cape Code to someone else and use It on your account

Probably gonna make another vid about this but it should show up on your java account on or before June 5th if you've redeemed the code

They don't transfer capes over to java automatically, you have to get support to add it to java from your bedrock account.

mojang told me that i have to provide documentation that I participated in the event😢

@@dog2076 To get the cape synced over? They should just do that for you if you already have it unlocked on bedrock

Shouldn't be, all you're doing is claiming a free marketplace item. The worst that might happen is they could remove it from your account at a later date

Don't think it'll get anywhere near that many but we'll see, I'm hoping that given it's just a marketplace bug they maybe won't abuse the copyright system - very wishful thinking I know

@@Geckeos update, i got it on bedrock (the villager cape, and i have recored footage of me palying with it and stuff. if i tell moyang on support it just dissapered in a few days do u think they wil beleive with all footage and screenshots?

They might ask for proof that you've attended the event, or some other sorts of evidence

If you have it on Bedrock they will sync it over to java if you make a support ticket nowadays, just a case of getting the right person to answer it

It's a build my friend made on our smp, I just thought it made for a good back drop. I think she took some inspiration from some swordself houses, but didn't really follow any tutorial.
