How it is dry the water from the 1st layer after pressing ? What type of press is this ?
Hello, this is an OCEM hermetuc hyper-press with pressing power 1400 tons, able of a very high specific pressure of 180-200 Kg/cm2 and equipped with special filter and vacuum water suction system to reduce the cement/water ratio and increase the slabs compaction and performance. It has 4 stations with big molds and can produce slabs up to 1600x600mm, in this case the thickness is of 25mm. The slabs are normally used for tops, steps, facades..

Hello, the OCEM press OPA1440/ES is a 600 tons press able to produce different sizes of tiles. In the video the press produces 4 double layer tiles of 300x300mm, thickness of 35mm in about 16 seconds.
