Guuuuuurl.... My order was literally R1.8K...and I paid customs of R780....like... And I dont have TikTok... So I didn't know.... Never had to pay such high customs on Shein!!!! I was beyond shook coz I needed the fits for Christmas.. So had to close my eyes and pay

Sometimes in August my order came with one item missing and I communicated with support to make them aware, and they asked me to send a picture of all items I received. After their investigation they apologized and refunded me for the item. Just make them aware that your missing an item.
