I am an writer, journalist and non-professional violin student. I had to deal with pain beginning in my youth and began to realize, that doing always the same movement (Computing, writing by hand a.s.o.) is a good "source" for pain. The decades passed, I am trying since a long time, to use a fitting pen and fitting keyboard also. The long-time use of the mouse is a problem. When I started again playing the violin and have lessons last year, I began to feel pain in my left hand. I am stopping the violin when they occur, but that is not the solution so far.

I really enjoyed this video. It's interesting because as you presented your case, I was expecting it to be a premium, state-of-the-art case, but as the video went on you started to complain about things you didn't like and it was kind of funny. I played viola for about a decade and I always used the same, crappy case. I also noticed that it's been nearly 2 months since this upload. You should post more, I think your channel will really grow.
