Fun video! Sleeping with the door open and with the tootsies out, of course the monsters are gonna come get you. Anyway, sleep paralysis sucks. My assumption of the meaning is that "if this is it if this is all there is" is the questioning of existence and how possibly finite & uncertain it is, but still "hope you live" and then "if theres no end, if we are infinite" is the flipside, if we're in an endless cycle or existence is infinite, "still i hope you live" and enjoy the present moment, live life to the fullest

This song always makes me cry

I remember when I thought this was the correct way to play this song also....learned it's the hard way around the 5th fret area from a cover version by Steve p which is still findable here on youtube, however the correct way to play it starts up around the 9th fret....... Revolving mostly between 9 through 13 on the D and G strings then after the second time played through it goes up an octave for a similar pattern on the 4th and 5th or G and B strings. For anyone who knows a little bit about accurate guitar lessons here on TH-cam perhaps throw in 365 while searching how to play the song and you will see a as close to perfect accurate video as you will likely find since Steve Stevens usually plays this differently a lot of times. Not any sort of promotion but I'm a thankful guitarist who has learned many correct ways to play awesome songs with the right lessons. Good cover version though. I used to play it this way very similarly also but now I play at the correct way since I know better. This is however incorrect, still accurate enough to fool most people who don't know.

Is there a time frame from when you pass your written to when you need to have your check ride done? I’m wanting to focus on ground and get my written done but then may not begin flying with an instructor for over a year. I found a pretty good hack for this solo, Put on the album and listen to it a few times to get the rhythm down then put the guitar down and play like an imaginary guitar in the air while you play the song. I have never missed a note since i started doing this one crazy hack that musicians don't want you to know!
