Why do a lot of these homeless think everyone in a home is rich and heartless.

There are people like me who need help . Have the room to help someone, but reality hits hard when you live with a stranger. Most roommate scenarios end badly. It’s very difficult to bring broken people together and have them live functionally ? Mental illnesses and drug addictions make this situation even worse. Even when given shelter it usually ends with homelessness again.

This was excellent. Our furry Set Free does this back home...this is my goal n you gave me some great ideas. My mom did thisfor homeless in Vegas for years. I need to get started here in Arksnsas, we are from CA...I want to help locally but more so we need to help get to our state gov as well as to the white House. This can I help? Lets make a big shift for our people. ❤❤❤

After working my entire life, the difference between these people and I is one paycheck

So many nice people... I wish all of them would get some help. It is really true. Most of the homeless ones is the most caring and giving people on earth. Companies should build homes for this. This would be a good investment for everyone. It would be less crimes, less health issues, less sick people, less unemployed, means much more money for the whole community. Housing is the first thing that has to be done. The logic is just so easy to see. Is there only a few that can see this?

housing is bad anywhere less and less landlords r not taking hud base off income places are full no new places. I have really bad cptsd being abused loss of my kids and i also have anxiety and deppression now

What amazed me is how that these people manage to keep their places so clean and neat,, gave me an completely different take on homeless people, here where I stay (SA) most of the homeless tend to be of a completely different social stance (much lower,) Here most of the homeless you have every reason to be scared of (they are usually serious criminals) but these people just seemed to have very bad luck and are just normal, every day people like you or me

all of these amazing people are very well educated and sound like they know a lot more than any other person I have met. People shouldn't judge you never know what someone's situation is.

I was almost murdered by my army husband. Got kicked in the streets homeless by the army. after the abuser got arrested and charged. Was hell in a foreign country, no family, no money. Had to take the first job I could get my hands on, first one 48 hr shift, second job 7 nights week. I found an old lady to babysit my kids overnight le5 me pay her when I got my first pay she was a life saver, couldn't work without childcare. she was wonderful. Borrowed money for 2 campbeds. I worked at night slept in my car during the day. Saved saved for months sleeping in my car until i had deposits. Got us a crappy apt. Worked my way up. Trained in corrections to get enough money to feed my kids pay the bills. Everyone who isn't rich is a couple paychecks away from the streets. For women we have childcare money to find hundreds a month. It's hell.

Through no fault ofmy own am homeless at almost 62 but dont think theysee me as apriority as willtry to makemepay bills on less than 7 gbp a day tolive on before..I llendup evicted andin street again.. Sadly, a lot of homeless people don't know what to do, get trapped into the lifestyle and become accustomed to it.

Discharged for anxiety after 3 tours of wartime foreign service and has to find a pro bono lawyer to ride the federal government to find out why he can't get his pension checks. This is how your government uses your tax money and your family or neighbors, just pitiful America.
