I dont think he started this. Ok i get the radio spam thing , but whatever. He was talking to mc.nulty and she just 10-3'd him for no reason. Then he went to say something again and he stopped and she 10-3'd him again. After that he made comments about her. So i dont really think he started it. Also what the girl that dapped him said was " your first radio call was against a dispatcher " , Well it wasn't. His first radio call was with mcnulty , then he went after the dispatch that 10-3'd him 2 times for no reason.
