You are completely incorrect about running a b-bead. The problem with the round bead is it will roll on u. If u are running a v-bead and using a setting system u don’t have to adjust the glass. I hope u have been educated now and know better than a round bead.

Any reason why you are running a round bead. U do a great job and then screw it up with a round bead? Industry standard has been v-bead for at least 15 years.

Please stop giving advice. Your boy teaching you to run a bead like that is dead ass wrong. Every car manufacturer requires the same things when applying urethane and outline that in the repair manuals made by the factory. Get yourself AGRSS certified then go back to making videos because we like your energy.

No machine beads, only V beads are acceptable by the AGSC and urethane manufacturers.

First thing first, good god damn job! Installing the windshield yourself is amazing! True, most service providers will pass up the job. Not all vehicles are the same. Installer pray that the gasket is good condition. We hate using a new gasket because its not conformed to the pinchweld. That's an issue all by itself. Next, we hate top corner windshields. It is difficult to fit that glass in without cracking it, or seating in properly. If the windshield is round corner, let the good times roll. Then some old schools have chrome locking molding. Fuck!!! Big fuck!!! To add which is extremely important. Customers dont wont to pay to fair price to install this windshields. So its easier to pass it up. Also, considering size of company. Small companies like myself will pass it up all day. To avoid setbacks like time, possible 2 or 3 windshield ( which is a loss because cost of service was charged like a normal urethane install). Big headache, larger company can do it. Extra employees and can front the loss if the windshield cracks. Like Safelite Hopefully, this was detailed for you. Last and least. Good god damn job on that install.
