@@BusyBfromGermany yes, she is , but i use the head of a super star, i saw pictures of this western barbie Europe version but with that other head, which looks all same to me with exception of the Fashion photo from the 78

The European version is very similar to the Superstar Barbie dolls but she has a pony. I have one.

Sí, en realidad es una especie de rotulador que los dibujantes de manga suelen usar. Me alegra que la arena para gatos haya ayudado a eliminar los malos olores de una o varias muñecas. No se debe subestimar el moho. Dependiendo de la prenda, sugeriría primero un tratamiento de frío en el congelador y luego quizás usar un spray antimohos para baños. Ten en cuenta que, si el moho está en la ropa, también puede pasar a la muñeca. Lamentablemente, no se puede eliminar de una Barbie o un Ken.

I recently read something about the green spots. I have to look it up and will come back to you then.

When it's a normal Barbie doll then there should be no problems when cleaning the heads with dental cleaner tabs. It's no hard chemistry. I don't know if modern Barbie dolls from the last 20 years survive such a bath. Their hair is not sewn into the head like you can see it in my last video.

Hey, thank you very much for your comment @alech6867. I was sure that Barbie was also produced in other countries of South America but I had no evidence for it until you told me about Chile. I'm glad you commented. I'd like to mention your information in one of my next blog posts. :-) By the way not all dolls from Mexico have markings. I also have some Barbie dolls without markings from other countries.
