been working in the electronic industry.
Sometimes need to use the equipment of
the unit. I usually work on simple circuit
design. PCB made in home. Circuit
assembly. metal working and some fine
craft work projects.

Finished the crank-start LED desk lamp.with a ICM7556. Finally it can turn off the LED lamp.

This is the fourth board,Before design used thyristor control on or off. This idea can't cut off DC voltage.Now used a ICM7556 and cmos control circuit.It is a perfect result. #electrical #diy #hobbymakan

Nice and precise work :)
Neat wiring, clearly done with pride. I haven't seen continuous lacing used for many years and it's something I used to enjoy doing.
The cable lacking used at 60~80’s in electric factory of I worked.Later, It was too troublesome,give up this technology.And at 90’s the factory has close down.
An interesting device, but more from a technical than practical perspective :) It's a pity you didn't show the final effect in some dark place, because in the first few minutes of the film, I didn't know exactly what the whole thing was for. It would also be nice to show the mechanism itself, maybe the next film will tell about it?? :) Best regards

@@amakeman-20 Cool, learn to “sell” your ideas better, because they are great and very well executed.
Nice, but lots of secrets, e.g. this blue plate... what's underneath? some UV diodes? You could have put some inscriptions specifying the individual stages of work. The effect is good, but there's still drilling to do ;) That's why I think I prefer my method using a CNC milling machine, which immediately makes perfect holes where I need them :)

There shouldn't be an on off switch. You should make it where you have to unplug it or disconnect the battery
Again, great accuracy :) I also used the thermal transfer method until I built a CNC milling machine that makes the entire circuit, including drilling holes, and does it perfectly. Think about it, with your capabilities, it's very simple.
I can only use the simplest and cheapest method.I am in China😂😂😂
@@amakeman-20 I set myself the goal of making it from used parts. I took the stepper motors for my machine from an old copier. Interestingly, I buy the rest of the small parts and electronics online in China. It's very cheap for me. 🙂
It's also a beautiful job, I once did something similar, but without control electronics. If I could give you any advice, I would try using a different drill chuck. They are so tiny, similar to those from large drills. There is no more rocking of the drill.

The idea is cool, but this saw blade gives a lot to think about. Cuts too slowly ;))
The video’s saw blade is 0.3mm,I think if replace the saw blade is 1mm, it may befaster.
@@amakeman-20 I think so too!. In general, the whole work is very well thought out and beautifully done. I like to make similar things myself and I try to maintain aesthetics, because that is also important for the overall perception. I will be waiting for your next ideas. Good luck!!! 👍🙂
