A quick ride around the Providence Lands Bike Trail on Cape Cod.

I have been trying to find a good way to capture hiking footage with a GoPro and think I have finally found something that works reasonably well (the holder loops around my neck). I took some video clips while hiking around Burr Pond State Park (and stopping to check on a few Dawn Redwoods).

I grow Dawn Redwoods from seed. It’s a truly unique tree - been around for 100 million years and was almost lost to extinction. This video describes how I do this so if anyone would like to try, they can.

Hundreds of frogs gather in a small stream/wetlands in mid-March 2023. Their chorus could be heard for a couple hundred yards.

This is a short video of a late fall bike ride on the Air Line Trail - probably the best non-asphalted rail trail in CT. Start at the 69 Smith St., East Hampton parking lot, and head east. The trail to Willimantic is beautiful the entire way (20ish miles).
