I’m really now just realizing something. So obviously not in this version. But I feel like Odysseus could have just built some fortifications to get past Scylla. Like imagine a thick shell around the deck making it to where she’d have to break through, giving them time to make it at least partway through

The fistbump got me with this one. It's something I do fairly frequently. It brought the oddysey from "a story written long ago" to deliberate comparison to my life and that totally changed how I saw the song and events playing out. That and the angler-like glowing scylla

I love your Scylla! The way she appears almost as a ghostly apparition, but also is almost melting into her monstrous form looks amazing!

The problem with this one is that with so many people dead rather than just 6 men Ody can legitimately say no he had no idea that would happen

HOLY FUCKING SHIT THIS IS SO GOOD I LOVE HOW EXTRA YOU MADE SCYLA'S DESIGN AND HOW TRULY MONSYROUS AND IMPOSING SHE IS, I DON'T THINK I'VE SEEN ANYONE REALLY GO THAT ALL IN UNTIL JOW!!!! THE EXPRESSIONS ARE ON POINT AND THE SHOTS ARE ALL SO WELL EXCECJTED, GOOD JOB!!!!!

He stopped Eury! After his confession!!! And explained everything with just that hold on his arm and expression Omg, what an original take! And the crew already assembled and ready for Mutiny is amazing! Wonderful job❤❤❤

Scyla's image in the torch as its being lit and Ody holding back Euri were my fave parts! Really good animatic!

This is a really unique animatic! I love how Odysseus immediately forgives Eurylochus, or pretends to at least, and Ody holding him back?? why must you hurt me in this way 😭

I like how you had Ody hold Eurylochus' arm. It's like simultaneously telling him there's nothing he can do, and forcing him to look at what his decision to open the windbag caused in the end.

Wow this was so good! I really liked your design of Scylla, it looks so powerful and intimidating, but also beautiful in some way, I liked how at the beginning she appears as this sort of ghost haunting the boat before presenting herself in her full monster form, it gave her some extras spooky vibe. I really like when animatics make Odysseus not have Eurylochus carry one of the torches and even protecting him from harm, I feel it makes Mutiny even more painful because he was actively choosing to protect his friend but Eury couldn't see that, he only saw the fact six of their men were sacrificed. The brutality of the death was on point, so much blood, it's awful, and how no one can do anything against it, honestly with art like this you can understand why even Poseidon doesn't want to mess with Scylla. And the last scene with her smiling at Odysseus...wow, her smile, the way she bends her neck, the understanding from one monster to the other, so good.

This is wonderful tho!!! Scylla at the beginning being a "ghost" was such a smart detail! And the sunken ships and skeletons in the background! And I love how she smiled at the end

OOOOH I LOVE YOUR SCYLLA DESIGN!! It makes her seem like an Angel, if not for how she was slightly *off* in a way… Also I really like Odysseus and Eurylochus fist bumping like “we’re cool” (except no they’re not) Then the Scylla true form!!! Absolutely Terrifying!! I love it <33

The way Odysesus grabbed Eurylochus's arm, but most of all Scylla's expression when she says "we are the same you and I", that small joyless smile, like she was recognising and acknowledging another monster just like her... it gives me chills lol great job with her design too of course

Oh my god I don't think ive seen an animatic yet where odysseus purposefully keeps eurylochus from getting hurt/protecting the rest of the crew, I actually gasped out loud

I really adore your Scylla design and how she is such a bright creature in the beginning, almost making her appear as a "good" character ... But the way she bend her neck in the end was way too creepy, even though it was just a tiny detail. Great animatic!

I really love how Circe has a very "hard" look on her while still being insanely beautiful. I am also a huge fan of Penelope being coloured white and Circe stepping out and getting coloured lighter as well. Great symbolism!

Oooooo, I saw Scylla's shadow. Miller's Circe do be feeling guilty about that. Also THANK YOU for making this. Recently started making a playlist of animatics to show to people when I want to recommend Epic to them. This is the last song in what's been released so far and it's the one song that no one is doing, at least not a full version of. Thanks to you my playlist is complete!

I love your aeolus design! I always imagined when is hear "god" aeolus that the god appeared before Odysseus and blew a wind that turned into like one of his minions and the minion speaks for him and the minion has a feminine voice💀 but that just my imagination 😂
