@@princesssKary250 No you get to access every area! Only deluxe can access deluxe but deluxe guests can go everywhere any other guest can too!

@@KareemKTaha That doesn’t sound right, ensure it’s fully connected and if it’s still not charging it could be as issue with the charger or possibly even the battery in the device itself.

They’re both amazing but different. I think overall the Andalusia was better due to it being more modern and having better as well as more facilities for deluxe guests. The thing about them both is the service is absolutely insane…they couldn’t be anymore exceptional. They’re just a different layout so feel different but at the same time very similar…I couldn’t really tell you any disadvantages at all as they’re both wonderful!

Try using warm water and ensure it’s plugged in correctly then just leave it on to run for a while even if it’s not doing anything. That’s what I’ve tried and it’s worked for me 👍

It has to always be plugged in but sometimes it won’t work straight away so u just have to have it running doing nothing for a while, then eventually mist should start coming out 👍
