    I'm really interested in welding and filing on the rotors I have an m45 where the ends are sort of mushroomed out. I'd assume if I just file them down I'm gonna have a massive boost leak past the rotor. I've also got a little bit of scoring on the back wall of the housing. Is this stuff that's repairable?

    Hey there! Ever seen a TRD/Magnusun SC leak its coolant into the intake? That my current issue. Big problem. Any tips? I’m talkin borderline hydrolocking it. HUGE leak right into the intake.

    I bought a roush phase 2 kit brand new a few months ago. Im installing it myself, but the ACT sepnsor came broken. Roush sent me a new plastic sensor with NO WARNING about what i was about to get into. The broken one broke some more, and i just finished drilling and tapping that sob out. Now i need to know can i just take this bottom manifold apart and blow it out? Im trying to see exactly how it goes together and what the torque specs are on it so i can get this damn thing finished

    I thought video was perfect. I’ve got my 2.7L supercharger from my Hellcat redeye wide body SRT super stock pulled off and stripped down. Every bolt removed, I need to remove the bearing plate and rotors need to be replaced. Other than that everything seems great. but the bearing plate Isn’t coming off even thought bolts removed, and the larger gear on the opposite side won’t come off. Not sure what I’m missing but I’ll call you tomorrow and send it your way.

    HELLO.. I picked up a turbo in a lot of boat parts that i needed...I was wondering if there was any way to bench test the unit?? OR any way to do a physical examinatiin to check for issues.. I appreciate it thank you!!

    It’s not the plate sealing that fails but the gasket behind the small gear that fails

    Ok so about 575 hp is ported , is that the max ? Just really curious im looking at putting a 03 cobra motor together for another car... / I saw another video where one one had a 03 create motor svt cobra Terminator, doing different forced induction test , roots vs twin screw vs twin turbos . In the test it did have long tube headers every thing factory as if you purchased it from Ford performance , the changes were injectors and some comp cams , with a N/a set it ran 425hp with the stock eaton going back on ran 560hp even at low boost like 12psi , wasn't much. The test model was to keep everything close to same boost low , and same timing close as it can be .

    So that's what happens to the gaskets as they just burn up on the water pump side ... common problem then... i'm doing a service on mine now... not a drop on the water pump side... the pulley side was 3/4 as i measured it out in container as i was curious to see how much they burn.... the oil was nearly black... i have only just purchased the car in my defence ... ps never trust someone when the say yeh i'm pretty sure the supercharged has been seviced ... usually it hasn't lol...

    I've got a 12 tundra with the TRD supercharger. My truck threw a P0333 code (knock sensor 2 circuit high bank 2). from research it's most likely that rats chewed through the wiring harness of the knock sensor. I'll attempt to remove the supercharger intake cover and replace the harness but have no idea what's involved in taking off that intake cover. Can you provide any documentation or advise as to what I need to look out for? The regular 5.7 intake cover removal is shown on various youtube videos but none show the supercharger intake removal. Your client's intake cover looks exactly the same as mine. Any help would be much appreciated. In fact I'll pay for phone support or any support so that I can do this correctly. Thanks

      Depends!.... They tend to fail when it's idling most of its life, the coupler will go first.

      No. It's still warm. It also evens front to rear blower temp that eliminates case warpage and rotor rub. Along with lowering your IAT 2 temps, which in turn builds more RWHP. Hope this helps

      60 pound injectors is definitely gas

    Would you be able to make your m122 adapter for m112 using the gm northstar 4.4 m122 rotor pack? Would I have to send you the rotor pack and supercharger. I found some new old stock rotor packs around $150 each

    Hi dyno bob had a question I have and use a Eaton / roush m112 intercooled blower on my 08 3v 5.4 can I use the Eaton m122 rotors from the gm unit used on the North Star 4.4 gm it has the same exact bolt pattern as the m122 with 2 bolts down low instead of the 1 bolt like the gt500 m122?

    I have twin 06 225hp Verado’s Port I am noticing a slight noise at the accessory pulley to the super charger. Should I be concerned?

      1500 hours is a lot for these blowers. I have seen them needing service at 1000 and 2500 hours. It depends on how much WOT you do. Drive pins and front bearings are the first to go. You can take the discharge tube off and see if the rotors have made contact with the rotor plate. If so, you need a complete rebuild for sure. This happens on long WOT runs when the supercharger gets overheated. Pricing: • $695 - Front Drive Rebuild only includes bearings, seals, pins, bushings, & gaskets • $1,695 - Complete Rebuild

      Thanks but now I’m not sure what I’m going to do with it. The timing chain is shot, the transmission needs serviced ect. Not counting the cost of the supercharger it’s another $1000 in parts and if I couldn’t do the work myself probably at least $6000 in labor for everything that needs done. I don’t have any idea how the car was running and if I didn’t happen to ride with my wife to the store and hear it I think the thing would have locked up within a day or two. I took the belt tensioner off and it fell apart. But thanks for the help
