If i remember correctley it blinds other people using nvg, the green one shot straight up, and road flares work really well against close-quarters fighting in dark enviromebts

I play both just depends. I like lower loot community/official servers mainly unless I'm wanting more pvp.
If u run along the edge of the map there's a chance you'll find someone's stash or temporary base.
thanks for the tip. I have found tents and stashes on the outskirts many times just by getting lost when I first started.

There no bullet drop in this game? I thought Day-Z was one of those games that’s really good about making their guns realistic?
You can consider yourself lucky when you don't lag while vaulting a fence and get stuck in it and then dying of dehydration.
