4th Body (Neutral Mind) Meditation
The neutral mind lives for vastness, allowing thoughts to flow without disturbing our inner light so we can live from our souls.
It is easy to hear a truth and challenging to live it. Repeating a mantra helps to refine our neutral minds to live from the infinite (or our souls).
We sit (or stand) with our eyes closed, focused at the third eye point, with our right hand resting in our left hand, reciting the mantra Wahe Guru.
Wahe Guru means from darkness to light or ignorance to wisdom.
